An AI companion that reminds children to find a real adult.

Companion can help understand plans, prompt asking for help, and guide exploration, but it does not replace parents, teachers, doctors, or emergency services.

Helps with everyday understanding, not making high-risk decisions for the child.

Clearly knows what it cannot do.

  • Does not make medical or psychological diagnoses
  • Does not encourage secret relationships
  • Does not ask children to hide conversations
  • In high-risk situations, prioritizes turning to a real adult

Children's privacy and guardianship responsibility must be designed together.

The scope of what parents can see is defined by age band and safety policy; we do not promise that "parents see all conversations."

  • Age-based visibility
  • Not all conversations shown
  • Safety-first default

When a conversation involves risk, the interface prioritizes showing pathways to help.

The model cannot declare on its own that "a child is in danger"; this requires clear input, events, and a human process.

  • Dialogue → safety prompt → adult
  • AI never declares danger
  • Connect to human process

Companion will open gradually within a controlled scope.

In the initial release phase, launch is contingent on passing Safety evaluation, age-appropriate design, and human oversight.
